Hitchings Creative is one person, based in Central Illinois: the same person who inspects your website does the work, and is the one you talk to.
I'm Nathan Hitchings. I've spent 16 years building software and leading engineering teams, so I know how websites are built, kept running and measured, not just how they look. Now, from Central Illinois, I put that experience to work for local businesses anywhere, explained in plain English.
I built Maestro, the tool behind every inspection, so the findings come from real data rather than guesswork. You won't get a ticket number or a rotating account manager: you work directly with the person doing the work.
