Hitchings Creative is a small business run by Nathan Hitchings in Central Illinois. This page explains, in plain English, what information we collect through this website, what we do with it, and how to ask us to change or delete it.

What we collect

When you book a free inspection, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, business name, website, email and, if you choose to give it, a phone number. We don't collect anything else through the form, and you don't need an account to use this site.

Like almost every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as the pages requested and the time of the request) to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

We use your details only to inspect your website, send you the report, and follow up about it. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell, rent or share your information with anyone for their own marketing.

To inspect your site we review your website and public search results: the same information any visitor or search engine can see. We don't log in to any of your accounts unless you later hire us and give us access.

Who helps us

The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services. Form submissions are delivered to us by email through our email provider, Resend. Both handle the information only so we can receive and respond to your request.

To ask what we have on file, correct it, or have it deleted, reply to any email we’ve sent you. If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
